The DCR is a multi disciplined artist initiative, located near the city centre in the former office building of the electric power plant in The Hague. It offers workspace to 40 artists (members), Nest, Studio Loos, Danslab and Zeebelt theatre company... and we have 3 guest studio's available for applicant artists.

Guest studio 2: Wimo Ambale Bayang

Wimo Ambale Bayang (Indonesia) was invited by Heden to come to the Netherlands for a sixty nine days residency programme in The Hague.
I like the photo's he made in the first day after his arrival in the studio here... trying to get familiar with his new winterclothes :)
Wimo is keeping a blog for Heden, please check it out! The opening of his exhibition Landing Soon #7 with his dutch counterparts, and DCR artists Ellen Rodenberg & Maarten Schepers is 8 february. Ellen and Maarten also kept a weblog during their visit to Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
